UPDATE: 11/1/2013 - Daisy was rescued today! She's on her way to recovery and is safe.
Darlin' Daisy We are naming this little cutie Daisy! She is a two year old Beagle and Dachshund mix.
She was abandoned in the middle of the night at the front door of the San Jose shelter. Daisy is a cuddle bug and likes to climb in your lap. She is a shelter staff favorite because of her wonderful disposition. Even though she's not so sure of the camera, we were able to get some smiles out of her.
Although she moves around pretty well, her pelvis is fractured so she is not available to adopt. Daisy also has a conditioned called 'cherry eye' which will need to be repaired.

Unfortunately Daisy is at risk for euthanasia because the shelter is full.
